DPD Croatia extends its Pickup network with INA
Partnership between DPD and INA sees number of parcel Pickup locations increase to over 400!
A successful partnership between DPD and INA has resulted in all INA retail locations offering an innovative parcel collection service provided by DPD. As such, INA broadened the range of services offered in its retail network, while DPD increased the number of Pickup locations to over 400.
In 2016, DPD Croatia saw the number of parcels delivered to individuals increase by up to 125% and recognized the need to meet the growing end buyers' demand. As such, in addition to delivering parcels to your doorstep, DPD is working in collaboration with INA to expand parcel delivery options, making it possible to select from more than 400 Pickup locations. DPD and INA have effectively given recipients full control of the delivery process, enabling them make decisions that suit them and select the best destination for collecting their parcel. The possibility of collecting parcels at Pickup locations provides an ideal and practical service for all e-tailers looking to optimise delivery and improve parcel collection. “We live in a fast-paced society, where each free moment is tremendously important, so parcel recipients need simple services which will make their lives easier.” said Igor Jakovljević, DPD Croatia General Manager.
Delivery to INA retail locations
Prior to delivery itself, the parcel recipient receives an SMS/e-mail notification providing the delivery date and a link to the Follow My Parcel (FMP) portal, which, among other things, enables them to select a parcel redirection to one of INA retail locations,. When clicking on the link in the message, the parcel recipient selects the closest location and it is then up to them to collect the parcel at the most convenient time within seven calendar days.

This partnership strengthened the DPD logistic network and ensured all parts of the country are better connected. Today, it is possible to collect a DPD parcel at 387 INA retail locations or in one of the 20 Eurom stores all over Croatia.
